Music Row is an area that is surrounding the Music Square, and it is the soul and heart of the music industry of this nation. The Nashville Parthenon

This is one of the top places to visit in Nashville Tn. It is located in the Centennial Park, which is only a short walk away from the city center. It was built in 1897 so it could commemorate the centenary of the state, and later it was rebuilt on the same site in cement. This is an impressive and accurate replica of the original Parthenon.

Inside it, you can see 63 works that are part of the art collection from 19th -20th century. Inside you can also be dazzled by the 42-foot high replica of the goddess Athena which is covered in gold leaf. 

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

This place is set in an amazing building which is located right in the heart of Nashville downtown. It features a display of memorabilia, gold records, costumes, instruments and historical performances. Other amazing highlights include a recording booth, a tour bus, a massive 40-foot guitar and a Cadillac that belonged to Elvis a long time ago. Ryman Auditorium

This is the home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943-1974. It is once again being used for hosting performances of the radio show that is so famous. In 1892, it was originally opened and it was the Union Gospel Tabernacle often called the Carnegie Hall of the South. It has been restored and now it features television taping, musical theater, bluegrass shows and regular classical concert series. This building also serves as a museum.

Nashville Zoo

This is one of the fun places to visit in Nashville Tn. Here, you can discover many animals originating from Asia, explore the beautiful plains of Africa, and visit the rainforests of South America. Animals that are displayed here include Bengal tigers, clouded leopards and Baird tapirs in habitats that are similar to their natural homeplace.

The Lorikeet Landing allows you to go inside an aviary and also be surrounded by about 50 species of Australian parrots, while your kids are enjoying the large Jungle Gym, Wild Animal Carousel, and the Wilderness Express Train.
