    David G.

"This home was beautiful and very conveniently located near downtown Nashville! We were pleasantly surprised."

    Staci C.

"This is a very cool property. All new inside and out. Well stocked as far as kitchen utensils pots pans etc. it’s an up and coming area so construction was an issue... right next door every day at 8 am... wish we would have been aware of this. The grass was extremely long. And it’s not walkable to the hot spots but is a cheap uber ride to them.Bring toilet paper... we ran out (this was stated in the rental agreement) If I had to criticize, needs dressers in the second and third bedrooms and hooks on the backs of doors and in the bathroom somewhere to hang wet towels. I’m being critical the property was fantastic! The rooftop patio is amazing with a view of downtown... furniture and decor is something out of a HGTV show... beautiful!"
